- Mile Nina Added 18/08/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First time going to a doctor in Ireland, staff in reception didn't even listen to my questions and so could not help me: got only asked general questions, about my medical card in Ireland and where I was living; I was trying to ask to register there, to know more about medical cards, or at least to see in private a doctor, I could pay so no worries. The lady in reception just asked for name and number and that she would confirm with the doctor if could take me as a patient there, and then later would call me. Never called me back.
I just lost a day off from work - not payed - and feeling worse after the experience.
I registered in another medical centre.
Poor listening from staff that are in reception. Zero professional. Zero care.
