- Sebastian Vencken Added 15/07/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't know how to reply to your response, but your rep told me on the phone that he forgot his suitcase which i why he couldn't make it on November 10th. I don't know where you got your information regarding him being at the door at 17:00. This is not true. On the phone we rescheduled for 18:00 on Nov 13th. No one showed up, called or answered phones. Left the company a voicemail asking for a different rep. No reply.
